摘要
开展与主体结构点式连接、同时配制GFRP连接件及钢筋桁架连接件预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙板静力压弯试验,并利用ABQUS有限元软件建立外挂墙板抗弯计算模型,将其与试验结果进行对比。在验证了有限元分析模型准确性的基础上,对连接件的种类,连接件的布置方式、间距等影响墙板抗弯性能的主要因素进行参数化分析。分析结果表明GFRP连接件、钢筋桁架连接件的布置间距和钢筋桁架连接件的直径对墙板抗弯性能影响较大,钢筋桁架连接件的强度等级影响相对较小。
The paper carries out the point connection with the main structure,and at the same time configures the GFRP connector and the reinforced concrete truss connector precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel static bending test,and uses ABQUS finite element software to establish the bending calculation model of the external wall panel,and The test results were compared.On the basis of verifying the accuracy of the finite element analysis model,the main factors affecting the bending resistance of the wallboard are analyzed parametrically on the types of connectors,the arrangement and spacing of the connectors.The analysis results show that the arrangement spacing of GFRP connectors,reinforced truss connectors and the diameter of reinforced truss connectors have a great influence on the bending resistance of wall slabs,and the influence of the strength grade of reinforced truss connectors is relatively little.
