摘要
为了提高我国粮食产后机械化收储的发展水平,我们基于科学性、完备性、可操作性以及可比性原则构建粮食产后收储技术模式评价指标体系,确定评价指标、指标权重及模式评价标准;以南方储备粮库稻谷收储技术模式为例,对南方储备粮库稻谷收储技术模式进行综合评价,研究总结南方储备粮库稻谷收储技术模式共7种,综合评价获得3种优等级模式,分别为南方安全水分稻谷低温储藏模式、南方安全水分稻谷氮气气调储藏模式以及安全水分稻谷内环流储藏技术模式。
In order to improve the development level of China's grain postpartum mechanized storage,based on the principles of scientificity,completeness,operability and comparability,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of grain postpartum storage technology mode,and determined the evaluation index,index weight and mode evaluation standard.Taking the rice storage technology mode of southern reserve grain depot as an example,the rice storage technology mode of southern reserve grain depot was comprehensively evaluated.In this paper,7 kinds of rice storage technology modes were studied and summarized,and 3 superior grade modes were obtained,which were low temperature storage mode of safe moisture paddy in South China,controlled atmosphere nitrogen storage mode of rice with safe moisture in South China,and internal circulation storage technology mode of rice with safe moisture.
