Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Tianjin’s Education Science Research During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

"十四五"是迈向教育现代化的第一个五年,是教育高质量发展新阶段的第一个五年,科学制定教育科学研究"十四五"发展规划至关重要。文章基于天津市教育科学"十三五"发展专项调研,以"做了什么""做得怎样""存在什么问题"及"下一步的对策"为主线,全面呈现天津市教育科学"十三五"发展概况,查找存在的问题并提出建议。

The 14 th Five-Year Plan(2021—2025) will be the first five-year for our nation to march towards modernization and enter a new stage of high-quality education system,therefor,it will be crucial to scientifically formulate the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the develop-ment of education science research.Based on the special survey on the development of Tianjin’s education science during the 13 th Five-Year Plan,this research focus on what and how they have done,what problems they have encountered, and the next step countermeas-ures.This article comprehensively present the general development situation of Tianjin’s edu-cation science during the 13 th Five-Year Plan,find out what problems they meet and propose some strategies and suggestions.
