湖南省孤独症儿童父母连带内化污名现状研究

A study on the current situation of affiliated stigma among parents of autistic children in Hunan province.

目的了解湖南省特殊儿童康复机构中孤独症儿童父母的连带内化污名现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,选取湖南省长沙市、株洲市、湘潭市和衡阳市的十余所特殊儿童康复机构的182名孤独症儿童父母作为研究对象。采取连带内化污名量表(ASS)测量其连带内化污名水平。结果湖南省孤独症儿童父母ASS评分为(51.96±9.02)分,处于中等水平;具体维度中,情感污名维度条目平均分最高;单因素分析结果显示,不同家庭月收入、孤独症儿童的年龄和诊断的ASS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭月收入和孤独症儿童的年龄是孤独症儿童父母连带内化污名的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论湖南省孤独症儿童父母连带内化污名处于较高水平,家庭月收入越低,孤独症儿童年龄越大,父母连带内化污名水平越严重。

Objective To explore the status and influence factors of affiliated stigma among parents of autistic children in Hunan province.Methods A total of 182 parents of autistic children in special children’s rehabilitation centers of Changsha city,Zhuzhou city,Xiangtan city and Hengyang city in Hunan province were selected by cluster sampling and assessed with Affiliated Stigma Scale(ASS).Results The mean score of ASS was(51.96±9.02),which was at a moderate level,and the affective component showed the highest mean score.Simple-variable analysis showed that there existed significant differences in ASS scores among parents with different family monthly incomes,and autistic children with different ages and diagnoses(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family income and the age of autistic children were influence factors for affiliated stigma(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of affiliated stigma among parents of autistic children in Hunan province is relatively high.With lower family income and older age of autistic children,the parents tend to show much more severe levels of affiliated stigma.
