摘要
基于扣件式钢管支撑架在施工现场的广泛应用和较高的事故发生率,本文就高大模板扣件式钢管支撑体系的安全性能进行分析。通过一高度9.3m、平面尺寸10m×10m的高大模板扣件式钢管支撑体系的足尺试验,结合有限元模拟计算结果,对该支撑体系加载过程的受力情况进行对比分析;同时利用有限元模型对施工现场常见安全隐患如螺栓拧紧力矩不足、扫地杆过早拆除等对支撑体系安全性的影响大小进行计算。结论可为高大模板扣件式支撑体系的施工设计和现场安全管理提供参考依据。
Based on the wide application and high accident rate of fastener type steel pipe support frame in the construction site,this paper analyzes the safety performance of fastener type steel pipe support system for high and large formwork.A full-scale test of high formwork fastener type steel pipe support system with a height of 9.3 m and a plane size of 10m by 10 m is carried out.Combined with the finite element simulation calculation results,the stress of the support system during the loading process are compared and analyzed;meanwhile,the influence of common safety hazards on the safety of support system,such as insufficient tightening torque of bolts and premature removal of sweeping bar,is analyzed by using the finite element model.The conclusion can provide reference for construction design and site safety management of high formwork fastener support system.
