摘要 近年来,温室气体增加引起的全球气候变暖的问题日益凸显。针对建筑碳排放量化评价的具体要求和控制标准缺失等问题,本文提出了一种基于CIE-AHP的福建省建筑碳排放评价方法。以运营阶段为基准,利用区间估计和层次分析法构建一种可评估量化的评价方法,解决了不同建筑类型碳排放量不可比、非运营阶段基准值无法获取等问题。将该方法应用于厦门市某公共建筑的碳排放评价,实际案例表明该方法操作简单,可行性高,为低碳建筑的评价工作提供参考。 In recent years,the problem of global warming caused by the increase of greenhouse gases has become increasingly prominent.In view of the lack of specific requirements and control standards in building carbon emission quantitative evaluation,a method of building carbon emission evaluation in Fujian Province based on CIE-AHP was proposed.Taking the operation stage as the benchmark,a quantifiable evaluation method is constructed by using confidence interval estimation and analytic hierarchy process,which solves the problems that the carbon emissions of different building types are not comparable and the benchmark value of non operation stage cannot be obtained.The method is applied to the carbon emission assessment of a public building in Xiamen.The actual case shows that the method is simple and feasible,which provides a reference for the evaluation of low-carbon buildings.
