摘要 一个工程项目的施工涵盖着多个施工阶段,每个施工阶段都面临着不同的工程问题。基于BIM技术对不同施工阶段的现场布置模型进行合理的设计,能够提前处理施工过程中可能出现的状况。本文结合案例对多阶段施工场地布置模型的应用流程进行研究,研究多阶段场地布置模型在构件库创建、构件库管理、模型创建、模型阶段划分、施工图出图与工程量统计的方法与不足。通过本次案例的应用,发现Revit在一些功能上有一定的局限性。未来可以基于二次开发的开放性,开发相应功能的插件,弥补Revit软件上的不足。 The construction of a project covers several construction stages,each of which is faced with different engineering problems.Based on BIM technology,reasonable design of site layout models in different construction stages can deal with possible conditions in the construction process in advance.In this paper,the application process of the multi-stage construction site layout model is studied in combination with cases,and the methods and shortcomings of the multi-stage site layout model in component library creation,component library management,model creation,model stage division,construction drawing and quantity statistics are studied.Through the application of this case,it is found that Revit has certain limitations in some functions.In the future,plug-ins with corresponding functions can be developed based on the openness of secondary development to make up the deficiencies in Revit software.
