摘要
工程招投标作为工程建设过程中的一个重要环节,是建设行业各从业主体协作的桥梁。但现有的招投标模式存在工程概预算精度不足、信息化集成度低、信息孤岛等问题;对于BIM招投标项目,因招投标系统没有融入BIM技术,招投标过程存在BIM信息流失、不完整、无法获取的现象。对此,本文提出了一个基于BIM技术的工程招投标信息化管理和应用综合解决方案:通过将BIM技术引入招标投标过程,以BIM为信息流,基于模型进行造价计算,快速高效获取工程量清单与定额;将模型、成本与进度信息相结合,实现设计、施工投标方案的三维可视化;通过设计、施工标书的可视化评审,提升评标的效率和质量。在招投标阶段应用BIM技术,将从源头推动建设工程设计、采购、施工及运维阶段的有机衔接,打破招投标阶段信息孤岛的现象,进而提高整个建筑行业精细化管理水平。
As an important part in the process of engineering construction,engineering bidding is a bridge for the cooperation of all practitioners in the construction industry.However,the existing bidding model has some problems,such as insufficient precision of project budget,low integration of information and isolated information.For BIM bidding projects,due to the lack of incorporation of BIM technology with the bidding system,some phenomena as BIM information loss,incomplete and inaccessible exist in the bidding process.Because of these problems,this paper proposes a comprehensive solution for information-based management and application of engineering bidding and tendering based on BIM technology,by introducing BIM technology into the bidding process,BIM is used as information flow,cost calculation is carried out based on the model,and the bill of quantities and quota are obtained quickly and efficiently.The model combined with cost and schedule information to realize 3d visualization of design and construction bidding scheme,improve the efficiency and quality of bid evaluation through visual review of design and construction bidding documents.The application of BIM technology in the bidding stage will promote the organic connection of the design,procurement,construction,operation and maintenance stages of construction engineering from the source,break the phenomenon of information island in the bidding stage,and further improve the fine management level of the whole construction industry.
