基于logistic回归分析的勘察设计单位所有制形式与信用综合评价关系研究

Study on The Relationship between Ownership Form of Survey and Design Unit and Credit Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Logistic Regression Analysis

随着我国工程勘察设计单位改革的逐渐深入和国外勘察设计机构的强势进入,我国勘察设计行业正面临着空前激烈的市场竞争。如何凸显国有勘察设计单位的竞争优势,已成为我国国有勘察设计单位的一大现实课题。为此,本文试图从企业信用综合评价的角度出发,采取福建省工程建设项目勘察设计单位信用评价系统中2020年第一季度信用综合评价数据,以106个数据作为研究样本进行了逻辑回归检验分析,探究企业所有制形式与信用综合评价之间的内在关系。研究结果表明,相比于非国有勘察设计单位,国有勘察设计单位的信用综合评价正向影响关系更为显著,国有企业在激烈市场竞争中依然保持着可观优势。

With the gradual deepening of the reform of China's engineering survey and design units and the invasion of foreign survey and design companies,the survey and design industry is facing unprecedented fierce market competition.How to highlight the competitive advantages of state-owned survey and design units has become a realistic issue for state-owned survey and design units in China.To this end,from the perspective of enterprise credit evaluation,construction project survey and design units of credit evaluation system in Fujian province in the first quarter of 2020 in credit evaluation data were adopted,and 106 data were taken as the research samples for logistic regression test,this article explored the corporate ownership form and the internal relationship between credit evaluation.The results show that compared with non-state-owned survey and design units,state-owned survey and design units have a more significant positive impact on the comprehensive credit evaluation,and state-owned enterprises still maintain considerable advantages in the fierce market competition.
