Research progress of correlation between stress hyperglycemia and cerebral hemorrhage

脑出血后机体处于应激状态,出现应激性高血糖不少见,有学者研究发现应激性高血糖与脑出血预后密切相关,其发生机制及规范管理有待进一步探索。该文将对脑出血后应激性高血糖的病理生理学基础、与脑出血预后的关系及血糖调控方案的研究进展进行综述。

After intracerebral hemorrhage,the body is in a stress state,and often has stress hyperglycemia.Many scholars have found that stress-induced hyperglycemia is closely related to the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage,and its mechanism and standardized management need to be further explored.This article reviews the pathophysiological basis of stress-induced hyperglycemia after intracerebral hemorrhage,relationship with the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage and the research progress of blood glucose regulation programs.
