摘要
民族高校思政课对培养担当民族复兴大业的时代新人具有重要作用。以满意度为切入点,对民族高校思政课教学所反映出的满意度差异进行分析,提出提升民族高校思政课教学满意度的对策建议:把握民族高校思政课教学对象的复杂性,树立"差异化"教学理念;把握民族高校思政课教学目标的特殊性,打造"多源化"高水平教师队伍;把握民族高校思政课教学内涵的丰富性,开发"民族+"的特色教学资源;把握民族高校"两民"学生的思政课学习实际,推动"多维度"教学改革。
The ideological and political course in the colleges and universities for ethnic minority groups plays an important role in cultivating new talents for the great cause of national rejuvenation.This paper takes satisfaction degree as the starting point,analyzes the difference of satisfaction degree reflected in the ideological and political course teaching in colleges and universities for ethnic minority groups,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree of ideological and political education in the colleges and universities for ethnic minority groups.We should grasp the complexity of the teaching object of the ideological and political course,and establish the teaching concept of"differentiation";we should grasp the particularity of the teaching goal of the ideological and political course,and build a"multi-source"high-level teaching team;we should grasp the richness of the teaching connotation of the ideological and political course,and develop the characteristic teaching resources of"ethnic group+";we should grasp the learning practice of the"two ethnic groups"students in colleges and universities,and promote the"multi-dimensional"teaching reform.
