高校中外合作办学的实践和启示——以南京中医药大学生物制药专业为例

Practice and Enlightenment of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education:Taking the Biopharmaceuticals Major in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

中外合作办学是我国高等教育国际化的重要形式之一,通过中外合作办学,不仅可以加强国际交流合作,而且可以利用国外优质教育资源实现自身的快速发展。南京中医药大学与澳大利亚格里菲斯大学联合举办的生物制药中外合作办学"3+1"项目已经有9年的时间,联合培养的学生普遍受到澳方的认可,并且大部分毕业生继续在澳洲名校深造。南京中医药大学生物制药合作办学通过探索实践已经逐步形成了人才、教学、课程、制度、管理五个方面的办学特色,初步实现了培养国际化复合型生物制药人才的办学目的。不仅为我国生物制药领域培养出更多高素质、国际化的人才奠定了基础,也为其他高校开展生物医药相关专业的中外合作项目积累了较为丰富的办学经验。

Chinese-foreign cooperative education is one of the most important forms of internationalization of the higher education in China.Through Chinese-foreign cooperative education,we can not only strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,but also make use of foreign high-quality educational resources to achieve rapid development.The biopharmaceutical"3+1"program organized by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Griffith University has already been in operation for 9 years.The students who have been jointly trained are generally recognized by Australia,and most of the graduates continue to study in famous universities in Australia.Now,this program has formed certain characteristics in the five aspects of talent,teaching,curriculum,system and management through continuous exploration and practice,and has initially achieved the object of training international compound biopharmaceutical talents,which not only lays the foundation for culturing more high-quality and international biopharmaceutical talents,but also accumulates rich experience for the organization of Chinese-foreign cooperative programs of biomedical related majors by other colleges and universities.
