Research on the Practice of Integrating Labor Education into Higher Vocational Professional Skills Education in the New Era

高职专业技能教育是为服务区域经济社会发展培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的重要方式,其与新时代劳动教育所倡导的育人体系在目标、内容、方式等方面具有天然的内在契合性。高职教育要从课程建设、实践教学、师资培育等方面自觉将劳动教育融入专业技能教育的实践中,培育学生劳动意识,增长学生劳动技能,培养学生劳动素养,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Higher vocational professional skills education is an important way to cultivate high-quality workers and technical and skilled talents for the regional economic and social development.It is naturally consistent with the education system of labor education advocated in the new era in terms of goal,content and method.Higher vocational education should consciously integrate labor education into the practice of professional skills education from the aspects of curriculum construction,practice teaching and teachers training,etc.It should cultivate students’labor consciousness,increase students’labor skills,cultivate students’labor literacy,and train new talents of the times who can take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
