肾癌术前新辅助治疗相关药物的研究进展

Advancement in neoadjuvant therapy for kidney cancer

目前治疗肾癌的主要手段为手术或药物治疗,手术是唯一的根治性治疗手段,但对于手术难度大风险高的局部进展期肾癌或合并有瘤栓的患者,研究发现在术前应用药物治疗,能明显减轻肿瘤负荷,降低手术难度,改善患者生存预后。本文就对目前肾癌新辅助治疗的相关发展进行总结。

The current main treatment for kidney cancer is surgery or medication. Surgery is the only way of radical treatment. For patients with local advanced kidney cancer or tumor thrombus who are at high risk of surgery, however, researches have found that drugs are applied before surgery can significantly decrease the size of tumors, reduce the difficulty of surgery, and also improve the survival prognosis of patients. This article summarizes the current development of neoadjuvant therapy for kidney cancer.
