摘要
在改善民生和发展经济的双轮驱动下,非保护类工业地段面临着因快速、集中改造而带来的存量资源利用、空间特色消失等多方面的挑战。文章结合杭州民生药厂地块城市设计项目,通过挖掘根植于场地的核心性空间脉络线索和文化内涵,将其转变为塑造空间特色的潜在资源;在地铁规划控制线、退役场地土壤污染的制约性和道路交通组织的局限性等现实条件下,最大限度地挖潜土地价值,重塑空间和功能;从地段的历史关联性和时代的适应性出发,构建城市设计的逻辑并指引空间方案的生成。
Driven by people’s livelihood improvement and economic development,non-protected industrial areas face challenges of resource utilization and vanishing spatial character in the course of rapid renovation.With the case of Minsheng pharmaceutical factory area urban design,the paper explores the core spatial context and cultural connotation and transforms them as the potential resource of character building;rebuilds space and function based on land value in consideration with the soil contamination and transport inconvenience;establishes the logic of urban design and guides the formulation of space proposals based on the historical correlation and modern adaptation of the area.
