混合式学习中学生学习投入现状与影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 混合式学习以其能够促进主动和深度学习的优势,在国内外高等教育教学中得到广泛应用。本研究的目的是,在把握学生学习投入现状的基础上,进一步探讨影响混合式学习环境下学生学习投入的内外部因素。研究采用问卷的方式进行调查与系统分析,结果发现:混合式学习背景下,学生整体学习投入为中等偏上水平,相对而言,学生行为投入较高,情感投入表现中等,认知投入最低。影响学习投入的关键因素从高到低依次为教师教学、学生学习动机、平台资源等,同时学生的性格、班级角色、师生关系等也是影响学生学习投入的重要因素。在此基础上,研究提出改进建议:提高教师混合式教学素养,提高学生满意度与学习投入水平;优化线上、线下学习活动设计,持续激发学生学习动机;丰富在线学习资源形式,提升质量,激发并维持学生在线学习兴趣;融合线上、线下多元互动,促进主动学习;构建易用、有用的在线教学平台,改善线上学习体验。 With the advantage of the ability of promoting initiative and deepening learning,blended learning has been widely used in the higher education and teaching at home and abroad.The aim of this research lies in,on the basis of mastering the current status of students’learning inputs,a further discussion of the interior and exterior factors influencing students’learning inputs under the blended learning environment.This research has adopted the method of questionnaire to proceed investigation and systematic analysis.The results show that:under the blended learning environment,students’overall learning inputs are the above-average level,and relatively speaking,students’behavior inputs are relatively higher,the emotional inputs performance is moderate,and recognition inputs are the lowest.The key factors influencing learning inputs from the highest to the lowest are in proper order,like teachers’teaching,students’learning motives,the resources of platform,etc.,and,at the same time,students’characters,roles of a class,the relationship between teachers and students,etc.are also the important factors influencing students’learning inputs.On such basis,the research has put forward improvement suggestions:improving teachers’blended teaching literacy,and improving students’satisfactory degree and learning inputs level;optimizing online and offline learning activity design,and continuously motivating students’learning motives;enriching and improving the form and quality of online learning resources,and motivating and maintaining students’interest in online learning;integrating online and offline multiple interactions,and stimulating active learning;constructing an easy and useful online teaching platform and improving the experience of online learning.
