校地共建“123”双创教育体系的探索与实践——以河南农业大学园艺学科为例 被引量:2

摘要 提升研究生创新创业能力,是新时代高等教育人才培养的具体要求,也是社会发展进步的必然需求,既考验了农科类高校(园艺学科)的教学成果,也提高了专业型硕士研究生的产出标准。为适应当前就业形势和市场需求,文章结合园艺学科特点,探索和实践校地共建"123"双创教育体系,提升学生创新创业能力,为新形势下提高农科类高校(园艺学科)教育培养质量进行了有益探索。 To improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of postgraduates is the specific requirement of talent training in higher education and the inevitable demand of social development in the new era.It not only tests the teaching achievements of the discipline of horticulture in agricultural colleges and universities,but also improves the training quality of professional postgraduates.In order to adapt to the current employment situation and market demand,and combined with the characteristics of the discipline of horticulture,this paper aims to promote postgraduates’innovation and entrepreneurship ability by exploring and practising the“123”entrepreneurship and innovation education system based on school-enterprise cooperation.It conducts a beneficial exploration for the improvement of the education quality of the discipline of horticulture in agricultural colleges and universities under the new situation.
