高职院校教师礼仪教学能力提升途径研究

Research on the Ways to Improve Teachers’Etiquette Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

近几年随着我国教育体制的不断改革,各大高校逐渐加大了礼仪教学的重视度,旨在提高大学生人际交往能力和内在修养,使大学生的综合素质得以全面提升。因此,加强对高职教师礼仪教学能力的提升势在必行。基于以上情况,文章从落实教师示范工作、合理开发教学资源、做好实训教学工作、创新课程考核方式四个方面入手,为高职教师礼仪教学能力的全面提升提出具有建设性的建议,也为高职院校相关教育工作者提供有效的借鉴和参考。

In recent years,with the continuous reform of China’s education system,colleges and universities have gradually increased the importance of etiquette teaching in order to improve the interpersonal communication skills and cultural literacy of college students so as to improve the overall quality of college students.Therefore,it is imperative to enhance the etiquette teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.Based on the above situation,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the overall improvement of higher vocational teachers’etiquette teaching ability from four aspects:implementing teacher demonstration work,reasonably developing teaching resources,doing a good job in practical teaching,and innovating curriculum assessment methods.It is hoped that this study can provide effective reference for relevant educators in higher vocational colleges.
