泪滴状铝纳米结构紫外-近红外宽带吸收体的制备

摘要 宽波段光吸收体在太阳能利用、光探测等领域具有重要的应用价值。本研究以带铝基的多孔氧化铝(AAO)膜为模板,采用真空电子束蒸镀技术,结合后续的高温退火、湿化学刻蚀和胶带剥离等处理过程,制备出了泪滴状铝纳米结构宽带吸收体,其吸收率在200-980nm的波长范围内均高于93%,在紫外光谱区的吸收带宽大于文献中报道的单一金属吸收体的带宽。此外,铝的自然氧化形成的表面氧化铝使所制备的铝宽带吸收体具有很好的时间稳定性。上述制备方法可实现表面纳米结构化铝金属宽带吸收体的高效率、低成本可扩展制备,为发展单一金属宽带吸收材料提供了新的途径。 Broadband optical absorbers have important application value in solar energy utilization,optical detection and other technical fields.Teardrop-shaped surface nanostructured aluminum broadband absorber was prepared by vacuum electron beam evaporating combined with subsequent high temperature annealing,wet chemical etching and tape stripping using porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO)membranes as a template in this paper.The absorbance of as-prepared teardrop-shaped Al nanostructure absorber is higher than 93%in the wavelength range of 200-980 nm and the absorption spectral bandwidth in the ultraviolet region is larger than reported single metal broadband absorbers.In addition,as prepared aluminum broadband absorber is of very good time stability due to the native oxide layer formed on its surface.The preparation approach developed in this paper can realize a high efficiency,low cost scaled fabrication of the surface nanostructured aluminum broadband absorber and provides a new way for developing the single metal broad band absorber.
