摘要
某公司苯乙烯装置投产运行两个周期以来,装置不同部位发生了不同程度的苯乙烯聚合问题,尤其在三联换热器、空冷器管束及出口、尾气压缩机出口管道及换热器、精馏塔内人孔等处存在严重的聚合物堵塞现象,导致局部停工清理或更换设备。夏季气温较高时只能降量生产,严重影响了装置的平稳运行,成为影响装置长周期运行的瓶颈。针对装置容易发生聚合的部位,分析了聚合问题的影响因素,提出了调整相关工艺参数、加强数据监控等优化措施。利用大检修的机会,对相关流程及设备进行了优化改造,聚合现象有所缓解,运行周期进一步延长。
Since the styrene plant of a company is built and put into operation, it has gone through two operation cycles. During this period, different parts of the unit polymerized in varying degrees, especially in the triple heat exchanger, air-cooled tube bundle and outlet, compressor outlet pipeline and heat exchanger, and manhole in distillation column, which caused local shutdown and cleaning or equipment replacement. At the same time, when the temperature is high in summer, the production reduction measures can only be taken, which seriously affects the stable operation and economic benefits of the unit, and becomes the bottleneck of long-term operation. Based on the analysis of the current operation of the unit and the factors affecting styrene polymerization, according to the position of the unit where polymerization is easy to occur, measures such as adjusting relevant process parameters and strengthening data monitoring are proposed. Taking advantage of the opportunity of overhaul, the relevant process and equipment are optimized and transformed. The polymerization phenomenon is alleviated, and the operation cycle is further extended.
