计及电价型需求侧响应含碳捕集设备的电–气–热综合能源系统低碳经济调度 被引量:57

Low-carbon Economic Dispatch of Electricity-gas-heat Integrated Energy System With Carbon Capture Equipment Considering Price-based Demand Response

摘要 目前,通过各类低碳技术辅之合理的市场机制是实现综合能源系统低碳运行的重要手段。将碳捕集技术引入综合能源系统低碳调度中,并考虑到碳捕集设备高能耗导致难以在峰荷额定运行的问题,将电价型需求侧响应引入系统,综合系统经济性和低碳性。首先,以负荷波动性为目标构建电价型需求侧响应模型,对原始负荷曲线"削峰填谷"。其次,建立以综合成本最低为目标含碳捕集电厂的电–气–热综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型,并将需求侧响应结果引入模型,构建双阶段模型。最后,利用CPLEX优化软件,基于改进的IEEE-30节点电网模型、7节点气网模型和6节点热网模型对文中方法的有效性进行仿真验证,结果表明所提方法能兼顾低碳性和经济性,可为综合能源系统低碳经济调度提供参考。 At present, a reasonable market mechanism supplemented by various low-carbon technologies is an important means to achieve low-carbon operation in the integrated energy system. In this paper, carbon capture technology is introduced into the low-carbon dispatch of the integrated energy system. Considering the high energy consumption of carbon capture equipment that makes it difficult to operate at peak load ratings, price-based demand response is introduced into the system, integrating the system economics and low-carbon rate. First, a price-based demand response model is constructed with load fluctuations as the goal to give the original load curve a "peak load shifting" operation. Secondly, a low-carbon economic dispatch model of the electricity-gas-heat integrated energy system with carbon capture power plants is established with the lowest comprehensive cost as the goal. With the demand response results put into the model, a two-stage model is constructed. Finally, using optimization software CPLEX, the effectiveness of the proposed method is simulated and verified based on the improved IEEE-30 node power grid model, 7-node gas network model, and 6-node heat network model. The results show that the method in this paper can take into account both the low-carbon and the economic performance, which will provide a reference for low-carbon economic dispatch of the integrated energy system.
