STRENGTHENING THE OPERATION OF HSSE SYSTEM THROUGH RISK MANAGEMENT

This paper introduces the problems existing in the operation of HSSE system based on risk management and the solutions.Risk management is the basic element of HSSE management system;it is also the core and main line of the operation and implementation of HSSE management system.Enterprises should promote safety management based on risk management and control actively,adhere to the principle of“managing safety is managing risk”,focus on the whole process risk management and control of enterprise production and operation covering risk identification,risk assessment,risk classification and risk management and control,ensure that risks are always acceptable,control risks before the formation of hidden dangers and eliminate the hidden dangers before accidents so that the occurrence of accidents can be curbed fundamentally.
