LDAR技术在高含硫气田的拓展应用

摘要 介绍了泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在某高含硫气田天然气集输和净化装置的应用。通过对装置不同区域、不同密封点类型、不同介质进行全面建档检测和分类统计,并应用LDAR数据采集系统进行在线管理,共建档密封点51308个,检测共发现泄漏密封点35个,总泄漏率0.068%,修复35个,修复率100%。计算共减少硫化氢排放量0.01678 t/a、燃料气排放量0.31701 t/a,减排率为100%。对比泄漏点修复前后装置的安全风险值,可知风险值普遍降低。通过将LDAR技术应用于高含硫气田,有效降低了硫化氢和天然气泄漏安全风险,拓展了LDAR技术的应用范围,为高含硫气田开展泄漏风险预警提供了判断依据。 This paper introduced the application of leak detection and repair(LDAR)technology in a natural gas gathering,transportation and purification device for a high-sulfur gas field.The LDAR technology was implemented by comprehensively filing and testing different blocks,different types of sealing points and different media of the device,and the LDAR data acquisition system was applied to on-line management.As a result,51,308 sealing points file information were established,and 35 sealing points with leakage were found during the detection.The overall leakage rate was 0.068%and 35 leakage points have been repaired by LDAR.The repair rate was 100%.Through calculation,the total emission reduction of hydrogen sulfide and fuel gas amounted to 0.01678 and 0.31701 tons per year respectively after the repair,and the emission reduction rate was 100%.Comparing the safety risk value of the device before and after the leakage point repair,it can be seen that the risk value was generally reduced.The application of LDAR technology to high-sulfur gas fields reduced the risk of hydrogen sulfide and fuel gas leakage effectively,and the application scope of LDAR technology was expanded,which provided judgment basis for early warning of leakage detection in high-sulfur gas fields.
