摘要
随着公司“三增两降两优化”战略决策的实施,轻烃卸车量逐年攀升,由以前的40万t/a增加到100万t/a,导致鹤管在长期频繁工作的状态下,无法进行系统全面的维修,经常出现一定量的泄漏现象。通过采取预防性的检修,减小静密封点泄漏率,定期更换装卸车鹤管的易损件等措施,减少突发泄漏的可能性。针对金属软管定期实施耐压试验,可以提早发现隐患,提升了装卸车设备设施的本质安全,加快了卸车速度,实现了高效装卸。
With the implementation of the company’s strategic decision of“three increases,two falls and two optimizations”,the unloading volume of light hydrocarbon vehicles has been increasing year by year,from 400,000 tons/year to 1 million tons/year.As a result,crane pipes are unable to receive systematic and comprehensive maintenance under the condition of long-term frequent work,and a certain amount of leakage often occurs.Through preventive maintenance,reducing the leakage rate of static sealing points,regularly changing the vulnerable parts of the loading and unloading crane pipes,the possibility of sudden leakage is reduced.The regular implementation of pressure resistance tests on metal hoses can identify hidden dangers early,improve the intrinsic safety of loading and unloading equipment and facilities and speed up unloading speed.Hence,efficient loading and unloading can be achieved.
