摘要
用水效率评价能够为推进节水型社会建设提供重要理论依据,该文以粤港澳大湾区典型工业城镇——中山市小榄镇为例,对小榄镇的用水效率及其影响因素进行了全面的对比评估。结果表明,2013—2019年小榄镇万元GDP用水量和万元工业增加值用水量整体呈现较显著的下降趋势,但由于小榄镇产业结构中耗水产业占比高、规模以下工业经济体众多,现状用水效率与广东省和大湾区的先进值仍有一定差距,目前的产业结构在一定程度上限制了用水效率指数的提高。研究结果可为粤港澳大湾区传统工业城镇开展用水效率评估和节水改造规划制定提供科学依据。
Water efficiency evaluation can provide an important theoretical basis for advancing the construction of a water-saving society.Taking Xiaolan Town,Zhongshan City as a typical industrial town in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,an urban water efficiency evaluation index system is established to conduct a comprehensive comparative evaluation of the water efficiency of Xiaolan Town.Results show that in 2013-2019,the water consumption per 10000 GDP and water consumption per 10,000 yuan of value-added by industry of Xiaolan Town has a significant downward trend.However,due to the high proportion of water-consuming industries in Xiaolan Town,currently there is still a gap between the water-use efficiency of Xiaolan Town and advanced cities of Guangdong Province and the Greater Bay Area.The backward industrial structure limits the improvement of water efficiency of Xiaolan Town to a certain extent.The results of this paper can provide a scientific basis for water efficiency evaluation and water-saving modification planning.
