Analysis and Discussion of Commodity Classification of Lighting Products

本文阐述了照明产品商品归类中灯具与光源的区别,并分别介绍了部分光源产品和灯具产品的商品归类方法。其中,对于光源产品的商品归类,给出LED模块的归类方法,指出LED光源和LED元件的区别,提出无极荧光灯的归类思路;对于灯具产品的商品归类,重点介绍聚光灯和封闭式聚光灯的区别,提出灯笼的归类思路。另外,对于可能对应多个税号的照明产品,提出参考国内监管要求进行归类的建议。

This paper elaborates the difference between luminaire and light source in the classification of lighting products, and presents the methods of classification of some light sources and luminaires. For the classification of light source, this paper introduces an approach to the classification of LED modules, points out the difference between LED light source and LED components, and proposes an idea of classification of fluorescent induction lamps. For the classification of luminaire, this paper focuses on the difference between spotlight and enclosed spotlight, and puts forward an idea for the classification of lanterns. For lighting products that may correspond to multiple tariff codes, it is advisable to take into consideration the domestic regulatory requirements in the classification.
