摘要
本文结合国内外海关实践经验,分析了海关舱单风险分析工作在分析思路、信息支撑、技术支持等方面仍然需要完善的工作。提出了加强舱单风险分析,充分运用海关风险信息的相关建议,寻求实用有效的突破路径。
This paper combines the practical experience of domestic and foreign customs to analyze the current practice of customs manifest risk analysis in terms of analytical ideas, information support and technical support, which should be further improved. Suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen manifest risk analysis and make full use of customs risk information and intelligence, to find a practical and effective breakthrough path.
