徐特立驻湘期间开展的妇女工作考据

A Textual Research on theWomen’sWork Carried out by Xu Teli in Hunan

在主持八路军驻湘通讯处工作期间,徐特立开展了一系列卓有成效的妇女工作,包括:撰写抗战文章,指出战时妇女工作的重要性;支持、指导抗战报刊的创办;指导妇女社会团体开展活动;支持、鼓励女青年奔赴延安,参加革命工作;支持创办进德女校,培养党的干部,等等。通过这些工作,广泛宣传了党的抗日方针政策,支持了湖南抗日活动的开展,培养了一批妇女干部,为抗战提供了力量,也为新中国的建设提供了宝贵的妇女工作经验。

While presiding over the work of the Eighth Route Army Communication Office in Hunan,Xu Teli carried out a series of fruitful women’s work,including writing articles on the War of Resistance against Japan,pointing out the importance of women’s work in wartime,supporting and guiding the establishment of newspapers and periodicals in the War,guiding the activities of women’s social organizations,supporting and encouraging young women to go to Yan’an to participate in revolutionary work,supporting the establishment of Jinde Girls’School,training the Party cadres,and so on.Through the work,the Party’s anti-Japanese principles and policies were widely publicized,the development of anti-Japanese activities in Hunan was supported,and a number of women cadres were trained,providing strength for the War of Resistance against Japan and valuable women’s work experience for the construction of New China.
