摘要 当前中小学的教育信息化教学对教师的信息技术应用能力提出了更高的要求。针对当前中小学教师信息技术应用能力现状,教育管理部门可通过培训对象前移、构建系统化培训模式、搭建体系化培训课程、实现个性化培训教学、建立全过程评价体系和网络研修学习与训后指导等措施,优化"国培计划"培训模式,有效地提升了中小学教师信息技术应用能力。 The current primary and secondary education information teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers’information technology application ability.In view of the current situation of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers,the education administrative department takes measures to optimize the training mode of“National Training Project”and effectively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers by moving forward the training objects,building a systematic training mode and course,realizing personalized training,establishing a whole process evaluation system and network research and learning with guidance after training.
