农林经济管理专业国际化人才培养现状、问题及对策研究

Status,Problems and Countermeasures Research of Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management Talents Cultivation

农林经济管理专业是我国农林高等教育的重要组成部分,国际化农林人才的培养不仅是当前新农科建设的使命所在,更关系到我国强国战略与乡村振兴的方向与质量。在论证农林经济管理专业国际化人才培养重要性的基础上,分析该专业国际化人才培养现状,研究结果显示其存在师资教育能力欠缺、学生评估体系与课程体系不完善和政府工作力度不足等问题。为此提出提升教师水平、完善课程设置、强化课程体系与合理设置教育补贴等政策建议。

The major of agricultural and forestry economic management is an important part of China’s agricultural and forestry higher education.The cultivation of international agricultural and forestry talents is not only the mission of the current new agricultural construction,but also related to the direction and quality of China’s strategy of national prosperity and rural revitalization.Based on the demonstration of the importance,the paper analyzes the current situation of international talents cultivation.The results show that there are some problems,such as the lack of teachers’education ability,the imperfection of student evaluation system and curriculum system,and the lack of government work.Therefore,the paper puts forward some suggested policies,such as improving the level of teachers,improving the curricula,strengthening the curriculum system and reasonably setting up education subsidies.
