太极八法五步在中小学推广的策略研究

A Strategic Research on the Promotion of Five Steps of Eight Methods of Taiji in Primary and Secondary School

本文运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,以新时代我国正由体育大国向体育强国迈进、弘扬优秀传统武术文化为背景,以武术发展成为青奥会正式比赛项目为契机,为普及太极拳知识、促进中小学生积极参与太极运动、宣传太极拳文化,从学校太极拳发展的现状入手对太极八法五步在中小学推广的阻碍和困境进行分析并提出可行性建议,旨在弘扬传统文化,促进传统文化可持续发展。

Through literature review,interviews and logical analysis,this paper takes the new era of nation’s progress from a sports power nation to a sporting nation.Taking the promotion of the excellent traditional wushu(martial arts)culture as the background,this paper takes the development of wushu into the official Youth Olympic Games as an opportunity to popularize taijiquan knowledge,promote primary and middle school students to actively participate in taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)movement and promote taijiquan culture.Starting with the current situation of taiji development in schools,this paper analyzes the obstacles and difficulties of taiji five steps in the promotion of taijiquan in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward feasible suggestions to promote it,with the aim of promoting traditional culture and its sustainable development.
