摘要
针对桥式抓斗卸船机长时间运行使用后前大梁下挠变形问题,以广州港某桥式抓斗卸船机为例,介绍一种基于外力张拉、火攻矫正和腹板加固定形的复合修复工艺,实现不拆卸大梁状态下卸船机前大梁的挠度修复。实践表明,该挠度修复工艺能有效解决卸船机前大梁下挠变形问题,以较小的成本恢复设备性能,在确保安全前提下延长设备的使用寿命,为大型起重机金属结构的挠度修复提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of the deflection of the front girder of the bridge type grab ship unloader after long-time operation,this paper takes a bridge type grab ship unloader in Guangzhou port as an example,introduces a composite repair technology based on external tension,fire attack correction and web reinforcement,which realizes the deflection repair of the front girder of the ship unloader without dismantling the girder.The practice shows that the deflection repair technology can effectively solve the problem of the downward deflection deformation of the front girder of the ship unloader,restore the performance of the equipment with less cost,and extend the service life of the equipment on the premise of ensuring safety,which provides a reference for the deflection repair of the metal structure of large cranes.
