摘要
为了确保岸边集装箱起重机桁架大梁的直线度、扭曲和承轨梁平整度符合钢结构制造规范和高疲劳等级的要求,通过对结构变形机理的分析,设计了合理的施工工艺路线,提出了控制焊接变形的方法,在未增加新设备、人工、材料投入的条件下,实现对传统工艺的创新,提高岸桥的抗疲劳等级和产品质量。
In order to ensure that the straightness,torsion and flatness of the truss girder of quayside container crane meet the requirements of steel structure manufacturing specifications and high fatigue level,through the analysis of structural deformation mechanism,the reasonable construction process route is designed,and the control method of welding deformation is put forward.Without adding new equipment,labor and material input,the innovation of traditional process is realized,and the anti-fatigue level and product quality of quay crane are improved.
