基于离散元仿真的漏斗给料系统优化

摘要 为提高门座起重机漏斗给料系统通过能力和货种适应性,利用离散元仿真软件建立过路斗、皮带机、分叉漏斗模型,对系统各转接点物料流动特性进行模拟仿真;仿真模型内设定输送带不同带速、不同卸料距离及不同分叉漏斗结构,根据比对数据确定改造方案,改造后的给料系统性能显著提升。 In order to improve the passing capacity and adaptability of the funnel feeding system of portal crane,discrete element simulation software is used to establish the model of funnel,belt conveyor and furcation funnel,and the material flow characteristics at each transition point of the system are simulated.Different conveyor belt speeds,unloading distances and furcation funnel structures are set in the simulation model.According to the comparison data,modification scheme is determined.Performance of the feeding system is remarkably improved after modification.
