岸边集装箱起重机安全销拉桩优化设计

摘要 根据大型岸边集装箱起重机对安全销拉桩的性能要求,设计了新型拉桩结构,并基于有限元仿真分析结果,对局部结构进行了改进。为得到更加轻量化的结果,将响应面法引入到结构板厚优化中,根据全因子试验设计的样本点及其响应,构建了性能约束函数的二次多项式响应面模型,通过优化算法求解得到最终的设计板厚,在确保安全销拉桩性能的同时可减轻自重。 According to the performance requirements of large quayside container crane for safety pin tension pile,a new type of pile tension structure is designed.Based on the results of finite element simulation analysis,the local structure is improved.In order to obtain more lightweight results,the response surface method is introduced to the structural plate thickness optimization.According to the sample points and their responses of the full factor test design,the quadratic polynomial response surface model of the performance constraint function is constructed.Through the optimization algorithm,the plate thickness of final design is obtained,which can ensure the performance of safety pin tension pile and reduce its own weight at the same time.
