岸边集装箱起重机放倒式海侧梯形架制作及安装工艺

Fabrication and Installation Technology of Down-type Sea Side Trapezoidal Frame for Quayside Container Crane

为保证岸边集装箱起重机放倒式海侧梯形架在安装及放倒操作时顺利实施,对海侧梯形架及相关部件在制作和加工工艺上进行了梳理,从海侧上横梁的支座安装及加工、梯形架下端轴套的安装及加工,以及各相关轴孔的划线加工等方面,提出了控制要求,可保证各部件的尺寸精度,提高海侧梯形架等部件安装后的质量。

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of installation and laying-down operation of the quayside container crane down-type sea side trapezoidal frame,the sea side trapezoidal frame and related components are sorted out in the production and process technology.The control requirements are put forward from aspects of installation and processing of seaside upper cross beam support,installation and processing of lower shaft sleeve of trapezoidal frame,and the scribing processing of relevant shaft holes,so as to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each component,improving the quality of sea side trapezoidal frame and other components after installation.
