变温处理对百合生长发育影响及刺足根螨防治效果 被引量:2

摘要 以"索邦"百合(Lilium spp.)的休眠种球为材料,经不同温度和时间的温水浸泡处理,观测百合种球的发芽率、出苗率和营养生长期、盛花期的形态指标以及鳞茎中刺足根螨(Rhizoglyphus echinopus)的发生情况,探究变温处理对百合生长发育的影响和刺足根螨的防治效果。结果表明:百合种球以48℃温水浸泡3 min,取出冷却,连续3次重复上述步骤后,再以45℃温水浸泡30 min的处理方式能有效防治刺足根螨的发生和危害,且变温处理能促进百合的生长。 In order to explore the effect of variable temperature treatment on the growth and development of lily and the control of Rhizoglyphus echinopus, the dormant bulbs of Lilium spp‘sorbonne’ were as the material. After soaking in warm water at different temperatures and times, we investigated the germination rate, the emergence rate, the morphological traits at vegetative growth and flowering period, and the occurrence rate of R.echinopus. The best treatment method was immersing the bulbs in warm water at 48 ℃ for 3 minutes, taking out and cooling, repeating the above steps 3 times, and then immersing in 45 ℃ water for 30 minutes. It could effectively control the occurrence and harm of R.echinopus, and changing temperature can improve the growth of lily. This study will provide a new technique for the physical control of R.echinopusin lily.
