基于Matlab/Simulink的直升机压力加油系统冲击压力仿真

摘要 在流体管路系统中,当阀门突然关闭时,就会产生水锤效应,使得压力变化量达到较大的数值。水锤压力可达到正常运行值的数倍甚至更高,可能导致设备的破坏,所以冲击压力的研究非常有必要。文章基于Matlab/Simulink对直升机压力加油系统进行一维瞬态仿真分析,根据相关压力加油标准规范对某型直升机压力加油系统冲击压力进行研究。结果表明,阀快速关闭时,系统中存在明显的水锤现象,但冲击压力并未超出相关规范的限定值,且延长阀门关闭时间能有效减小冲击压力。研究结果为以后的设计提供一定的帮助。 In the fluid pipeline system,when the valve is suddenly closed,water hammer effect will occur,which makes the pressure change reach a large value.The water hammer pressure can reach several times or even higher than the normal operation value,which may lead to the damage of the equipment.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the impact pressure.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the one-dimensional transient simulation analysis of a kind of helicopter pressure-refueling system is established.The impact pressure of pressure refueling system is studied according to the relevant pressure-refueling standard specifications.The results show that when the valve is closed quickly,there is an obvious water hammer phenomenon in the system,but the impact pressure does not exceed the limit value of the relevant specifications.And prolonging the valve closing time can effectively reduce the impact pressure.The research results can provide some help for future design.
