摘要
研究了应用型本科实践教学的内涵需要,分析了“大实践”育人理念的形成与发展,构建了由校内实验、基地实训、企业实习、社会实践四个平台组成的大实践教学体系;规划并建设了由机械、电子、计算机及人文艺术四个板块组成的综合性工程训练平台,设计并实施了由工程认知、技能训练及综合创新三个层次组成的柔性工程训练体系。实践表明,该项目实施以来成果显著,有效保障了学校应用型人才的培养质量,有力支撑了学校大实践教学体系,积极推进了学校应用型本科转型发展的速度。
This paper studies the needs for the connotation of practical teaching adopted in the application-oriented undergraduate courses,analyzes the formation and development of the educational conception of larger-practice,and constructs the corresponding teaching system which consists of four platforms:experiments in school,training in base,internship in enterprises and practice in society.A comprehensive engineering training platform has been projected and built,composed of mechanics,electronics,computer,humanities and arts;a flexible engineering training mode has also been designed and implemented,with three levels:engineering cognition,skill training and integrated innovation.It is shown that the project has achieved remarkable results in our university since it was implemented.It effectively guarantees the training quality of the application-oriented talents,strongly supports the teaching system of larger practice,and actively speeds up the application-oriented undergraduate transformation.
