摘要
首先采用非导向、非径向、规模报酬可变的窗口MinDS超效率模型测度2011—2017年中国30个省份的工业技术创新效率,然后运用莫兰指数、泰尔指数及其分解、核密度估计分析工业技术创新效率的空间相关性、区域差异与动态演进。研究结果表明:中国省域工业技术创新效率的均值为0.793 7,东部、中部、西部地区的工业技术创新效率依次递减;省域工业技术创新效率的空间分布呈现出显著的正向空间相关,且空间相关性不断增强;工业技术创新效率存在明显的区域差异,且有缩小趋势,区域内差异是主要来源。本研究为提高工业技术创新效率、缩小工业技术创新效率区域差距、助推工业经济高质量发展提供了现实依据与政策参考。
The paper measured the industrial technology innovation efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2017 by using thenon-oriented and non-radial window MinDS super efficiency model with variable returns to scale. Then it used Moran index,Theil index and its decomposition, as well as kernel density estimation to analyze the spatial correlation, regional differences and dynamic evolution of industrial technology innovation efficiency. The results showed that, the provincial average of industrial technology innovation efficiency was 0.7937, and there was a gradually decling tendency in estern, the Middle and western regions.And the spatial distribution of industrial technology innovation efficiency had a significant positive spatial correlation, which also had a gradually increasing trend. Besides, there was obvious regional differences with a narrowing trend, which was mainly caused by intraregional differences. This study provided factual data and policy references for improving industrial technology innovation efficiency,narrowing regional gap and boosting the high-quality development of industrial economy.
