磁悬浮小车电磁铁优化设计

摘要 针对磁悬浮小车U型电磁铁因质量大、电感大而产生的承载能力低、电流滞后电压严重的问题。基于质量最优方法设计了U型电磁铁磁极和磁轭的结构参数,综合线圈电感和线圈重量设计了线圈的匝数,并选择了漆包线规格。结果表明,优化后的电磁铁有更轻的质量和更小的电感,有利于承载能力和电流跟踪能力的改善。 Aiming at the problem of low carrying capacity and serious current lagging behind voltage of the U-shaped electromagnets of maglev vehicle caused by large mass and inductance,the structural parameters of magnetic pole and yoke of the U-shaped electromagnet are designed based on mass optimization method,the turns per coil is designed based on the combination of coil inductance and weight,and the specification of the enameled wire is selected.The results show that the optimized electromagnet has a lighter mass and a smaller inductance,which is beneficial to the improvement of the carrying capacity and current tracking ability.
