摘要
针对屏蔽式三相异步电动机的电磁设计方法进行了介绍,并以1台5.5kW屏蔽电机为例,应用Ansoft Rmxprt(以下简称RM)和Maxwell软件对电机进行了电磁建模,得到屏蔽电机工作特性曲线及各部分损耗值,在此基础上进一步优化电磁方案,并对比优化前后主要运行数值。
This paper introduces the electromagnetic design method of the canned three-phase induction motor.Taking a 5.5 kW canned motor as an example,the electromagnetic modeling of the motor is carried out by using Ansoft Rmxprt(hereinafter referred to as RM)and Maxwell softwares,and the working characteristic curve and various loss values of the motor are obtained.The further optimization of electromagnetic scheme is carried out based on this,and the main operating data before and after the optimization are compared.
