北京市海淀区居民结肠癌防治知识知晓情况分析

Analysis of Knowledge About Colon Cancer Prevention and Treatment Among Residents in Haidian District,Beijing

目的探讨北京市海淀区居民对结肠癌防治知识的知晓情况及其影响因素,为结肠癌防治工作提供理论指导。方法于2019年8月~11月采取多阶段抽样法对北京市海淀区居民进行问卷调查,采用调查问卷收集相关数据并分析结肠癌防治知识的知晓情况及其影响因素。结果本次共调查居民300名,结肠癌防治知识知晓203名(67.67%);单因素分析显示,不同年龄、婚姻状况、职业、户籍、家庭人均月收入的居民结肠癌防治知识知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄30~39岁,婚姻状况是已婚、离异或丧偶,职业是工人、机关事业单位和离退或待业是结肠癌防治知识知晓率的促进因素;家庭人均月收入≥20,000元是居民结肠癌防治知识知晓率的阻碍因素。结论北京市海淀区居民的结肠癌防治知识还需要进一步加强,相关部门需要根据居民的年龄、婚姻状况、职业、家庭人均月收入等因素制定不同的健康教育方案,有针对性的开展结肠癌防治知识宣传。

Objective To explore the awareness and influencing factors of residents in Haidian District of Beijing on the prevention and treatment of colon cancer,and to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of colon cancer.Methods From August to November 2019,a multi-stage sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on residents of Haidian District,Beijing.The questionnaire was used to collect relevant data and analyze the knowledge of colon cancer prevention and treatment and its influencing factors.Results A total of 300 residents were surveyed,and 203(67.67%)were aware of colon cancer prevention and treatment knowledge;Univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of colon cancer prevention knowledge among residents of different ages,marital status,occupation,household registration,and family monthly income per capita(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age 30 to 39 years old,marital status was married,divorced or widowed,occupation was worker,government institution,retired or unemployed were the promoting factors for the awareness rate of colon cancer prevention and treatment knowledge;The family's per capita monthly income≥20,000 yuan was a hindering factor for residents'awareness of colon cancer prevention and treatment knowledge.Conclusion The knowledge of colon cancer prevention and treatment among residents in Haidian District,Beijing needs to be further strengthened.Relevant departments need to formulate different health education programs based on factors such as the residents'age,marital status,occupation,and family per capita monthly income,and carry out targeted publicity of colon cancer prevention and treatment knowledge.
