团体心理护理对尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Group Psychological Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Bladder Perfusion Chemotherapy After Urethral and Bladder Tumor Resection

目的探讨团体心理护理对尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者生活治疗的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年6月我院收治的尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施团体心理护理,比较两组SAS、SDS评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度以及依从性。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组[(32.53±3.31)分vs(48.82±3.98)分]、[(33.21±3.98)分vs(44.61±3.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组精神健康、活动度、一般健康、生理职能、社会职能、躯体疼痛、体力功能及情感职能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性为97.22%,高于对照组的77.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,团体心理护理可改善尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者的不良情绪及生活质量,从而提高患者护理干预期间的满意度及依从性,缓解护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychological care on the life treatment of patients undergoing bladder perfusion chemotherapy after urethral and bladder tumor resection.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent bladder perfusion chemotherapy after resection of urethral bladder tumor in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out group psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The SAS,SDS score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group[(32.53±3.31)scores vs(48.82±3.98)scores],[(33.21±3.98)scores vs(44.61±3.89)scores],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of mental health,activity,general health,physiological function,social function,physical pain,physical function and emotional function score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than 69.44%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment compliance of the study group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.77%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,group psychological nursing can improve the unhealthy mood and quality of life of patients undergoing bladder perfusion chemotherapy after resection of urethral bladder tumor,thereby improving patient satisfaction and compliance during nursing intervention,and alleviating the nurse-patient relationship.
