摘要
介绍了RTO蓄热氧化装置的工作原理、简易流程、主要开车步骤及操作注意事项等。采用RTO蓄热氧化装置回收处理低温甲醇洗装置的尾气和水处理装置的废气,排放的烟气中非甲烷总烃、NO_(x)、甲烷、SO_(2)的质量浓度依次为20.7、1.0、2.3、1.0 mg/m^(3),HCN未检出;各项指标均满足国家标准《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)的排放要求,还可副产1.5 MPa、240℃过热蒸汽90 t/h。实际运行结果表明,RTO蓄热氧化装置达到了煤化工企业节能降耗的目的。
The working principle,simple process,main start-up steps and operation precautions of RTO regenerative oxidation device are introduced.The RTO regenerative oxidation device is used to recover and treat the exhaust gas of the low-temperature methanol washing device and the exhaust gas of the water treatment device.The mass concentrations of non-methane total hydrocarbons,NO_(x),methane,and SO_(2) in the exhausted flue gas are 20.7,1.0,2.3,1.0 mg/m^(3),and HCN should not be detected;all indicators should also meet the emission requirements of the national standard"Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry"(GB 31571—2015),and 90 t/h superheated steam of 1.5 MPa,240℃is obtained as a by-product.The actual operation results show that the RTO regenerative oxidation device has achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction for coal chemical enterprises.
