摘要
针对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉在运行过程中出现支撑板超温的现象,分析了引起超温的原因,并采取了一系列的管理和技术改造措施。改造措施实施后,解决了支撑板超温的问题,消除了安全隐患,确保了气化装置安全稳定运行。
In connection with the over-temperature phenomenon of the support plate in the operation of the opposed multi-nozzle coal-water slurry gasifier,the causes of the over-temperature are analyzed.Series of management and technical transformation measures are taken as well.After the implementation of the renovation measures,the problem of over-temperature of the support plate is solved,the potential safety hazard is eliminated,and the safe and stable operation of the gasification unit is ensured.
