“时行感冒1号方”对常态化疫情防控的启示

目前,我国新冠肺炎疫情防控工作已从应急状态转为常态化,而预防仍然是工作的重中之重。时行感冒1号方,系湖南省重大传染病中医专家组组长陈新宇教授结合多年临床经验及专家组的智慧,研制出预防新冠肺炎感染的中药制剂。基于该方"益气固表、调和营卫、芳香化浊"的组方思路,提出针对常态化疫情防控下的不同人群预防策略,即"普通大众重在避其毒气、高危人群酌情预护其虚、康复患者谨防复发之虞",以期为常态化疫情防控提供中医策略。

At present,China's COVID-19 prevention and control work has shifted from emergency to normal,and prevention remains the top priority.No.1 prescription is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparation for prevention of COVID-19 infection developed by professor Chen Xinyu,the leader of the TCM expert group of major infectious diseases in Hunan province,combined with years of clinical experience and the wisdom of the expert group.Based on the formula's idea of"enriching qi and strengthening the surface,harmonizing the health care,and aromatizing the turbidity",the prevention strategies for different populations under the normal epidemic prevention and control were proposed,that is,"the general public focus on avoiding its pathogenic factor,high-risk groups as appropriate to pre-care its deficiency,rehabilitation patients to guard against recurrence",so as to provide TCM strategies to the normalized epidemic prevention and control.
