摘要
杜育《荈赋》是中国历史上第一篇以茶为主体和核心的文学作品,它以诗体赋的形式,寥寥数句就完整描绘了从茶叶的栽种、摘取、炒制,到泡茶时所用茶器,以及饮茶时茶叶状态的一系列画面。辞赋艺术源孕于诗而兴,化变于诗而成,在赋独立成体后,杜育首用辞赋,一展茶风。于是,本文借助审美的视角,探求茶赋的开创者《荈赋》,对中国茶文化以及辞赋史均会有跨时代的意义。
Chuan Fu,written by Du Yu,was the first literary work in Chinese history with tea as the main body and core.In the form of lyric style and through a few sentences,it depicted a series of pictures from tea planting,picking,frying,to the tea wares,and tea leaves shape in time of drinking.The art of Fu(ode),conceived in poems and developed in form of poems,became an independent literary style.Du Yu was the first to adopt it in singing the praise of tea.From the perspective of aesthetics,this paper explores Chuan Fu,the pioneer of Cha Fu(ode to the tea),which is of epoch-making significance for Chinese tea culture and the history of Fu.
