摘要 贵州产茶历史悠久,就清至民国时期而言,茶叶培植、加工、销售经历了从传统茶学向现代茶学的转变。由于技术革新,大大促进了贵州山地经济的发展,留下了诸多文献资料,引起了学界关注,产生了一批成果。因此,系统梳理此类文献资料及其研究成果,总结其中规律,有利于推进我国民族地区优秀山地农业文化的继承、发展和保护,于现今贵州生态环境建设大有裨益。 Guizhou has a long history of tea production.From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,tea cultivation,processing and marketing experienced transformation from traditional tea to modern tea.With technical innovation,the development of Guizhou's mountain economy has been greatly facilitated,leaving behind numerous documents that have attracted the attention of the academia and produced rich research results.Therefore,systematically sorting out such literature and research results and summarizing their laws will be beneficial to promoting the inheritance,development and protecting of excellent mountain agricultural culture in ethnic areas of China,as well as the construction of ecological environment in Guizhou today.
