The Theoretical Basis and Practical Characteristics of Xi Jinping’s Thought of Inner-party’s Theme Education

在党内开展主题教育,是中国共产党确保思想统一、号令统一、步调统一的优良传统和看家本领。从党的十八大以来所开展的四次主题教育具体实践来看,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在继承并发扬党内集中教育优良传统的基础上,赋予了新时代党内主题教育新特点,即:在教育主题上坚持针对性与系统性相统一,在教育目的上坚持思想性与实践性相统一,在教育对象上坚持重点性与整体性相统一,在教育时间上坚持阶段性与长期性相统一,在教育理念上坚持指导性与启发性相统一,在教育模式上坚持主导性与主体性相统一,在教育逻辑上坚持继承性与创新性相统一,在教育方法上坚持批判性与建设性相统一。这些经验启示我们,开展党内主题教育应当围绕“一条主线”、强化“三大属性”、增进“五个认同”、推进“五项结合”、增强“八种本领”,不断增强党内主题教育的针对性和实效性。

Carrying out inner-party’s theme education is a fine tradition and housekeeping skill of the Communist Party of China to ensure the unity of thought,order and pace.Judging from the specific practice of the four inner-party’s theme educations since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee endows the inner-party theme educations with new characteristics in the new era on the basis of inheriting and developing the fine tradition of inner-party centralized education or to adhere to the unification of targeted character and systematic character on educational theme,adhere to the unification of ideology and practice on educational purpose,adhere to the unification of focus and universality on educational objects,adhere to the unification of stage and long-term on educational time,adhere to the unification of guidance and enlightenment on educational concept,adhere to the unification of dominance and subjectivity on educational model,adhere to the unification of inheritance and innovation on educational logic,and adhere to the unification of criticism and constructiveness in terms of educational methods.These experiences give us the enlightenment that carrying out the inner-party theme education should run around“one main line”,strengthen“three major characters”,enhance“five identities”,promote“five combining items”,enhance“eight abilities”so as to continuously strengthen the relevance and effectiveness of inner-party’s theme education.
